In-Store Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Returns are issued as store credit or product exchange.
Requirements:
Products must be in original, unopened condition
A valid receipt is required
Returns without a receipt cannot be processed
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or partially used products
Refrigerated items
Personal care items that have been opened
Clearance or final-sale items
Online Purchases
Online orders follow our online store’s return policy and must be processed through the website where the order was placed.

Product Concerns or Reactions
If you experience a product issue or reaction, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the manufacturer to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
