One-Month Coaching Program
Perfect if you want deeper support, accountability, or help creating routines you can actually stick to. We start with a full assessment and build a customized plan focused on your needs, preferences, and health goals.
Over the month, we meet bi-weekly to adjust your plan, track progress, and support you through real-life challenges like stress eating, fatigue, digestive issues, cravings, or inconsistent habits.

Two 45-minute bi-weekly follow-up sessions
