What is a Holistic Nutritionist?

Holistic Nutritionists look at emotional and psychosocial issues as well as physical challenges, and recommend lifestyle and diet changes to help restore balance in health and in life. Nutritionists focus on client education and empowerment so that individuals can take personal ownership for their own health and happiness. In general terms, dieticians are often seen as more “theoretical” while nutritionists are viewed as “practical.” Practitioners of holistic nutrition look at prevention and incorporate many modalities into healing, drawing on a wide knowledge base on whole foods, vitamins, minerals, herbs, supplements as well as alternative therapy in their approach.  

Lifestyle Assessments


Getting started is often the hardest part. Whether you want to address a specific health concern, prevent illness, or look and feel your best, I'm happy to help. Through a 1 hour consultation, including a health assessment and review of your diet and lifestyle, I'll send you off with ideas, suggestions, and pointers to get you started on the path to optimal health.  

The assessment includes:

·                              One 60-minute health assessment (in person, via Skype, or phone)

·                              Recipe suggestions, advice on meal planning and applicable reference material

·                              Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations

Investment:  $100



Starting with an initial 60-minute health assessment, in which I will review your lifestyle and dietary habits, I will create plan designed specifically for you. With a focus on balance, whole foods, and supplement recommendations, your personalized plan will accommodate your likes, dislikes and health goals, while complimenting any existing medical conditions. In bi-weekly follow-up consultations, we will review and fine-tune your plan to suit your changing dietary and lifestyle needs. This is a great option for those looking to refine their diet or to get started on their wellness journey.

This plan includes:

·                              60-minute health assessment (in person, via Skype, or phone)

·                              Two (2) bi-weekly 45-minute follow-up sessions (via in person, via Skype, or phone)

·                              Personalized recipes, meal planning ideas and applicable reference material

·                              Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations

·                              E-mail support between sessions

Investment: $225

Please note: This plan is valid for a one-month period from the date of our first coaching session.



This is available to returning customers to help get back on track or in need of continued support. If it has been over 6 months since your last assessment I recommend you do an Intro Session or One Month Coaching Session so we can review any major changes or symptoms since your last visit.

·                              Meal planning ideas and applicable reference material

·                              Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle guidance

She has been a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) since 2010 and been in the health industry since 2000. As a nutritional consultant, she is passionate about helping people overcome health challenges and reaching their goals. Her background is in Psychology, and believes the holistic approach is the most beneficial modality to a more balanced you. Whether it's dealing with stress, weight loss, digestive issues, or simply adapting their eating habits, she aims to support my clients as they work towards a healthier life. Because many things contribute to our overall wellbeing, there is no set template for optimal health.  Over the years, she has adapted this assessment in order to meet clients needs. We have seen the positive affects diet, supplements and healthy habits have had and continue to have in order to find balance, health and happiness in life.
